fire prevention

LFD offers fire prevention classes to any school or preschool in our area, these classes take place typically every October. We love taking the time to teach the younger generations about fire preventions and how to respond calmly and appropriately.

LFD also conducts yearly fire pre-plans for our industrial facilities within coverage. These pre-plans are necessary to facilitate our response to large scale fires should they occur.
